1. Who we are

Leakproof ("Leakproof", the "Service") is operated by A.W.N ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and A.W.N governing your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

2. The Service

Leakproof helps you track recurring subscriptions, review renewals, and decide what to keep, pause, or cancel. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you select. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or to send spam;
• infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfering with or compromising the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing, or scraping;
• reverse engineering, reselling, redistributing, or circumventing technical limits.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.

4. Intellectual property

A.W.N retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you enter, and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at the point of purchase and on our Pricing page. Payment, billing, taxes, currency, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. You may cancel a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Payment processing

Our order process is conducted by our payment provider, Stripe, which handles payment processing, tax calculation, billing, and related support on our behalf.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable window after which it may be deleted.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages such as loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where it cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which A.W.N is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
