How to request a refund

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund you can:

• check the receipt email you received after checkout for a manage / billing link, or
• email us at info@alignwithnix.com and we'll help arrange it.

Cancellations

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your billing settings. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. See our Terms & Conditions for more detail.
