Leakproof is operated by A.W.N. A.W.N is the data controller responsible for your personal data described in this notice. This notice explains what we collect, why, how we share it, and the rights you have.

• Subscription data you enter — the recurring charges, amounts, renewal dates, and notes you add, used to provide the core Service.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

We process account and subscription data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service). We process usage, security, and improvement data on the basis of our legitimate interests in keeping the Service secure and reliable. 4. How we share data

We share personal data with:

• Stripe, our payment provider, to process payments, manage subscriptions, handle tax calculation, and provide invoicing;
• Service providers / subprocessors such as hosting, database, and support tooling that operate the Service on our behalf;

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When it is no longer needed, or after you delete your account, we delete or anonymise it, unless we are required to retain it to meet a legal obligation.
